Intracerebral hemorrhage

Intracerebral hemorrhage is induced in mice by stereotaxic injection of collagenase IV into the caudate nucleus  or into the frontal cortex. The amount of collagenase injected correlates with hemorrhage size, histological damage and clinical presentation.
